AI and ESP

The prospect of communicating with AI through extrasensory perception (ESP) is a tantalising notion that crosses the line between tech and magic. While conventional AI mechanisms talk via keyboards, speech or other sensor signals, the idea of the mind communicating with AI directly via ESP (telepathy or other non-physical mechanisms) is hypothetical and little studied in popular science.

The prospect, however, raises some interesting questions. Might an AI with sufficient sophistication, such as one capable of picking up brainwaves or other low-level psychic activity, detect ideas or psychic communication? AI doesn’t currently interact with the human mind in that way, but new disciplines such as brain-computer interfaces (BCI) are beginning to put the brain on the same level as machines. Such technologies might evolve to the point where thinking and communicating with AI are possible (though not actually “ESP” in the paranormal sense, more like super advanced neurotechnology).

Conversely, for those who do not deny ESP or psychic powers, it is possible that AI might one day be programmed to detect, read or even amplify such subliminal vibrations or sequences, triggering new forms of communication. Whether that’s scientific creation or a more spiritual experience, we’ll never know.

AI and ESP are, at least for the time being, two different realms: one rooted in algorithms and data, the other in human experiences science does not yet fully comprehend. But who knows what lies ahead? In the face of research into AI and consciousness, we might finally be able to talk to machines using our minds!

It will be like having a ChatGPT in your brain. There is already a scientific study to dig deeper into this concept. They are asking for volunteers right now – bookmark this blog. Further details coming soon.
